The staff was amazing. They were very helpful and accomadating withmost matters. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the staffalways ensured that the high standard of clenlyness was upkept. I cannot say enough about the service and the professional demenor of thehotel staff. the rooms are really nice.. lcd-tv and comfortable bed. its very excellent hotel. Quiet, the surrounding area is away from the night life so it's very quiet at night. Not too far from walking street, subway, or starbucks (walking distance) and 100-200 baut to get all the way to the Hard Rock. Nice pool, shaded for a to-0900 morning swim and lit at night open till 2200 or 10pm.

The hotel has a great pool and in located just five minutes (walking) from the beach, so it was nice not to have to take a taxi. I had problems in the city. And the general manager there took upon himself to help me. Going much further than one could expect and hope. I made a new friend and I have high regards for the entire staff there.Location is good and wihin easy walking distance from beach, shops and other attractions. I would suggest that they have a 24 restaurant or room service. We were there during New Years and we became hungry in the middle of the night and everything around the hotel was closed. Door locks not working properly; had to get hotel staff several times to help me open the door.English language understanding and the breakfast is too expensive. Had an annoying problem with the locker that couldn't be fixed by the staff, but manager was able to sort the problem at last. He understood the problem and offered discount and complimentary breakfast to me. Very nice man!. need larger drink selection. more ventilation in lobby. Would find it very difficult to be critical of this fine hotel.breakfast was a bit expensive. step to the bathroom, too much glass. It got so frustrating that we let him park near the grand palace and hired a tuktuk instead to get around Bangkok. Please let the concierge know this so that other customers will not experience the same.Small details detract from the quality of the hotel, i.e. staff not directing to hotel room at check in, a missed wake up call, serving steak but no steak knife, an advertised happy hour that no longer exists, inaccurate information in the directory, a movie channel that is low resolution pirated stream fed (can occassinally see mouse cursor go across screeen). Balcony would've been nice. there nothing bad but if there will be more satalite channels like arabic tv channels. Had ant problem in room and no one came up to solved the problem when i call them. Also you cannot have your free breakfast in your room either though you paid for it. not musch arabic chanels. - Absolutely not a 4 stars hotel. (Max a valuable 3 stars). no, i stayed here in March this year and found the experience very enjoyable so returned again in July.The shower room is very dangerous. Floor slippy and the dangerous at the corner. In case the person slipped down, he would get hurt because the corner is dangerous with sharp angle. the hotel could not refill the minibar beacuse they miss lot of products under the weekend,. In general, the room was clean except some little details in bathroom. 1) It is located at inconvenient place. 2) There was no proper reception counter except two tables were placed as a reception counter. 3) The staff was not well trained. 4) Some of information were recorded manually on a register instead of computerized data.
