Pretty big room for the price & the room was cleaned daily. Also the room has a fridge with drinks & there are some chips/ snacks as well, all very nicely priced, not expensive at all. Location is excellent whether you want to go to Pattaya beach/ 2nd road or Jomtien. Baht bus runs just outside the hotel. Thepprasit weekend night market is not very far away & shouldn't be missed. Also can reach the bus stand with the help of the baht bus.
all reviews » The owner(I suppose she was) was extremely nice! We booked a standard triple room, but due to the poor communication with booking, they had ran out of standard rooms and it's available on booking. Eventually she gave us a Deluxe Room without any extra charge. Also the owner was very helpful indeed, and she spoke really good English. Room was nice as well, rather big. The staff clean our rooms each day, and also change the empty bottle of drinking water with the new one, fill in the water heater pot, change the towel with the clean one, sweep and swab our rooms. It such a great service! The receptionist staff is great in English, so it won't be hard to communicate with them for travelers around the world. We really appreciated the quality and kindness of staff. They did everything to make our holiday comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent. Ten minutes walk to the Night Life "walking street" & Beach. Free internet to customers were available in the lobby 24 hours. We stayed at Mac's for only two nights and didn't require much. We were totally happy with the hotel: excellent location, within a walking distance from Walking Street and the riverfront, but far enough from all their madness. The staff was helpful, the hotel basic but clean. This is a really nice and value for money hotel. Miss "Thaniya' helped us a lot ,all the staffs are good. I have already stayed in this hotel TWICE ,and would stay here again and again. It's cheap to the beach and walking street by taxi, but it's much more expensive when we got back. Also no elevator, some encoveniences caused. My room's air conditioner getting not cold for last three days. No lift but good exercise to up and down. The hotel was somewhat hard to find, even with the map. No good restaurants close by. no lift. Turning the aircon off when we left the room. Not a dislike but the bars on the balcony where to far apart if you had young children but are fine for adults. When I ordered taxi at the reception the receptionist tried to deceive me and modified the price two times within 1 hour. Up and up of course. After that I cancelled my ordering and went in front of the hotel and ordered taxi for the correct price... resturant.thy never serve halal food. Ants!!! Morning shift staff was rude. No breakfast, far frm Walking street. far away from the beach! its only possible to go by taxi. There is no elevator in this hotel. No elevator, my mother had difficulties reaching our room, One of the staff shouted at my father when he asked about transportation to Bangkok, i smelled something fishy when enter the room at that time. not included breakfast. Too noisy, bad soundproof.
