The location is perfect in Patong, just a small walk from Bangla road, but also down a side soi so it feels a little removed. The staff are helpful and the facilities are great. We were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior at no extra charge. The bed base was a little squeaky, but being in Patong we had a bit of a laugh about it. Other than that everything was great. Would stay at Gallery again, although I think Patong has gotten to be a bit much.

I like the location of the hotel its very close to the party area and 10 minutes walking to the beach the rooms are clean and the reception stuff are alright its based in very good location I will stay again if im looking for good price. Most of the guests staying out late and when coming back to the hotel u can hear room doors slamming on the 3rd floor while you r living on the 5th. Sound proof between rooms not bad but doors are so cheap that u can hear people talking outside your room, getting in and out the elevator. Do not recommend this hotel to couples with small kids as rooms r tiny.please be aware when paying by credit card you will be charged additional 3,5% fee if your card bank is outside Thailand. They provided Kettle in room but do not provide Tea bags.. The last day for me there I face one problem with reception employee, she was so rude talking to me. like my flight is 17:30 and I'm suppose to check out from the hotel 12:00 I just ask her to extend the time from 12:00 to 14:00, then she was saying no you can't stay even 10 minutes more and you have to leave now you have 30 minutes to check out, the time was 11:30 she called to my room. Nothing I disliked. No free wifi. NO FREE WIFI. No disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, maybe save the waste. : ). No breakfast provided. Staff was not so friendly and cooperating. Some of the facilities were missing. Cannot too noisy. Check in hotel not smooth and strictly at 2pm onwards... The receptionist!!!!!. The air con is not really work. Too hot to sleep. And canceled my credit card n ask me to pay cash when I arrive there. Should tell me before canceled it. - Bad reception - Dirty cleaning room - Noisy. I lost my hand back in the room but they didn't call me back about it.
