The staff is friendly: I was given a early check-in ( 4 hours with parking for my friends small truck - they are building a new parking lot ) The ( queen ) bed was great, sheets and pillows very good quality, 4 towels. 3 English ( Aussie's and uk take note ) speaking channels on tv - fox was poor reception. Bring a coat if you use the ac - it is cold. Your room key-card operates ac and lights - you have 15 seconds to leave room after removal.The night desk man is the hotels best asset, friendly.
all reviews » 10-15 mins drive to airport. Pick up from airport was facilitated though we were 50 mins late travelling from Koh Chang. Drop off at airport also very timely. The hotel staff is very friendly and though breakfast was at 7:30, they did offer us breakfast at 6.30 without us even having to ask for it. Nice people in general (unlike other hotels in Thailand). Wi-fi also worked perfectly for our last minute communications. Very quiet as well (though the walls are paper-thin and it could be annoying . Many eating options within 10 minute walk at paseo shopping mall. In the other direction about 15 minutes takes you to a proper thai food hall, near the motorway junction. Clean quiet room. Comfy bed. A/C worked great. The best part was the pickup at the airport. They sent a private taxi and I only waited 10 mins at arrival. In the morning the taxi was waiting downstairs to take me back. Highy recommend. clean, free breakfast,free collection from airport and return to airport,close to local shopping centre with various eating options, quiet, close to airport. Near to the airport its just good for 1 night stay. Chaba Suvarnabhumi Airport. I could not connect with WiFi for more than 1 1/2 to 2 mins ( 3 different devices ). My thailand ( ais) cell provider was lost till I rebooted ( take out battery for cold start ) cell phone then came in very strong. My us provider was a solid roaming signal. WiFi needs improvement. Bed ware was certainly clean and fresh but room and barthroom floor full of black hair. Nothing. For a budget stopover hotel this is excellent value. About the only thing it is missing is any local bars, but you can go by taxi into lat krabang itself if you really want to go drinking. Found a few hairs in the bathroom otherwise the room was clean. Nothing. Bathroom could do with refit. No tea or coffee in the room which would be good for early flights but they do provide coffee downstairs. No lift. Nothing to say just excellent value for money, do not hesitate to book !. I couldnt make the shower work and it should be easy. Nothing!. A personal issue for me only and not my husband..I would have liked another pillow-I may have been able to have one had I asked, and I found the couch hard to get up from. I`ve nothing to complain about. All ok. Only Thai channels No english subtitle. Location. I couldn't work out how to use the shower. The staff did not seem that nice. Found some hair in a shower, sink wasn't really clean. Reception guy wasn't friendly, rolled his eyes on us when we asked for 6.30am breakfast (it oficially starts at 7.30!) There are better options in a same area. Wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Airport pick up include but had to leave from other airport then tried to overcharge. Had to climb stairs with suitcase - it is next to recyling facility. Outside area for breakfast sinks as it is next to dirty canal. Doesnt have elevator,no coffee tea provided in the room, staff attitude very poor not helpful at all. Never recommend to a friend.
