The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

We booked 2 rooms apartment with good view at balcony from our 20th floor. Just 700 meters from main Sukhumvit Road and BTS Nana MRT Station. So, easy to travel around Bangkok with very cheap 1whole day ticket. Taxis & tutktuk always available downstair.

I was upgraded to a larger suite than what I ordered which was very nice. The apartment was clean and spacious and I felt very at home.the internet was great. The gym was a nice . The breakfast at the ibis was Awesome

Location is great. very close to Nana station and close to everything. delicious breakfast, good service, fully functional kitchen, good pool,helpful staff, etc. - Everithing was perfect - location, staff, breakfast, pool, sauna. Beautiful clean new facility with a very comfortable bed, beautiful shower and bathroom. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer.
Big tv with many channels in thai and english.
This is where I will stay everytime I stay in Bangkok, even if it is only overnight.
