  The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. The hotel was very clean, with good in-room service.The staff were amazing and helpful and always told us what to look out/beware of when ever we were going somewhe... what people say » re. Everything was provided for (in most cases, free of charge - we had our mini bar and internet free of charge during our entire stay!!). They reali - Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok. We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

  beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.   Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  The Santhorn Grace was super functional, clean, accommodating staff , and we enjoyed our stay.
