  The location was great for us. Fifteen minute walk to Khoa San Road, but far enough away it was quiet and nice. Hotel was spotless! We had two rooms overlooking the pool - 301a & b and they were great. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great. We didn't eat at the hotel, but went to Ricky's Cafe for Breakfast every morning - great ... what people say » place, great food and great iced coffee. The pool was awesome. Cool and refreshing after a hot day in the city. Laundry facilities were very clean and - Wonderful stay in this hotel. We booked 2 nights and stay 4. We came from airport, first time in Bangkok and kindly staff gave us so many informations about Bangkok, Thailand, free map etc. Staff was perfect at all - they help you with every problem with smile. And hotel and rooms were so clean, modern desined, quiet and calm in the city centre. Nice pool open till 10 pm, that was especiaaly refreshing after all day walking during the city. We really enjoed it.

  My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.   Loved everthing about Grand diamond. From the time we arriived at reception and the door boy. Breakfast was good, so much food. Service was excellent. Staff was attendtive and happy. The location was perfect for our stop over. Shopping mall was right next door. Siam and mbk was a walk away. The suite was equiped with microwave and fridge. Bath tub... what people say » was big and hot water was perfect after a big day shopping in town.this is not our first time in thailand, and travel quite alot, I would recommend G - I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

  We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers. Love the spacious ensuite bathroom (the children especially love the big bathtub that can house mommy an... what people say » d both of them comfortably), family-friendly wading pool and kids' entertainment (a pity it was under repair though but the children kept peeping into - Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.
