Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking, with information on how to make the prepayment. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once the email is received. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. Please note that room rates do not include water and electrical usages. The electrical usage will be charged at THB 7 per kilowatt and the water will be charged at THB 80 per cubic metre.
