To confirm the reservation booked longer than 12 weeks before the arrival, a 30% deposit is required within 48 hours once email is received. For bookings made within the 12 week-period of the arrival, the full payment is required within 48 hours. Please note that cleaning services are provided 3 times per week and bed linen will be change once a week. Please be informed that the sofa bed is not available for stays from 1 May to 4 September 2016. During this period, the property can only accommodate 6 guests. Please inform Elegant Horizons in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of THB 15000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
