  This is a really excellent resort. The staff are customer focused and the bungalows are great value for money. Big breakfast, every morning. Your choice of Thai and farang breakfast. You will need to rent a small motor bike to get around, but that’s all part of the fun. One previous poster said that there were too many 'pensioner' around the area ... what people say » and the resort could do with a pool and sauna. As a long term resident of Phuket, I went to Khao Lak for some peace and quiet and wasn’t disappointed. - Love the peace and tranquillity of this place. Second visit here and would come back again and again. Located in the quieter area of Bang Niang and only a short walk through emerald plaza to the shops and restaurants, taxi journey to the busier area of Nang Thong. Staff are very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Breakfast was truly a feast and was an absolute joy. Wifi is also provide free of charge.

  The hotel was quiet, enjoyed the location being away from the hussel and bussel of the towns, Some really nice and cheap restaurants 10 minutes walk away.. Tom's was a good one and I would go back.. the Hotel resuarant was also very good but Tom's was much cheaper.   Spent five days here. Requested ground floor room which they provided. Large room with good size bathroom and small garden out back. Bed was hard. They put a comforter over the mattress which made a bit of difference. Pool is great. This property is split into three areas. We were in the tower part with the big pool away from the beach. Eggs etc etc. recommended for families also. - The room and pool was fantastic, the staff especially at the restaurant were very nice. Khao Lak is a great place to visit, but you do require transport such as a scooter if you wish to get around. Taxi are on,ly 150b to the main area of town but may be more at night. If you wish to chill by the pool or beach and eat in the restaurants in the surrounding area which there is a lot to choose from transport is not a problem.

  The hotel look nice. We ware there ad our wedding anniversary. Even it start low season but anyway still have guest there most of the guest is german people. No internet wifi in public area specilly at swiming pool and restuarant. Just have wifi in front of desk at lobby. That make me dissaponted. Breakfast it fine. And the beach it fantastic good... what people say » for relax and quiet.
