very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

A very comfortable hotel on a quiet street with large rooms, a nice balcony area and good beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the lovely ladies at the front desk. The restaurant downstairs was a good choice for lunch or dinner, although there were many other restaurants close by. -

The very clean new room with large spacious Bed. Change of linens, towels and water everyday. Very close to restaurants, bars and 10min walk to the beach. The hosts Mr. Big and Keaw were absolutely friendly, pleasant and very helpful with everything. They made us feel like home. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. -
