The room was large & impecably decorated with a deck over looking the beach. It felt so private, yet close to all amenities. We loved the sea pool! The dining & staff were both superb. It was a short walk to Kata Noi & Kata. Kata Noi was our pick of all the beaches down the coast.

  We stayed in a Junior suite in the Thani wing (on beach) Bhuri wing is across the road and not as nice. We also had a family package which included a fantastic huge buffet breakfast and 10% of all other F & B in the resort. Great Happy Hour in beach bar. Also, just a short ride in taxi or tuk tuk to Kata or Karon shops and lots of restauran... what people say » ts. We stayed as well at Bang Tao beach at Outrigger Resort which was beautiful and more luxurious - but preferred Katathani due to its location and - Really nice hotel, lots of facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kata. The first night we had a lot of noise around our room in a ground floor Bhuri wing room (near to the breakfast restaurant), so the next morning I spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to a top floor room elsewhere in the Bhuri wing and after that we slept very well. Worth getting down to the little cafes on the beach and grab yourself a cheap coco

  Arrived late at night around 11pm and reception was there with a smiling face to greet us. Room is basic, but very comfortable, has everything you need. Cleaned daily, 2 free waters a day, free use of pool across the street, and 10 min walk to Kara Beach. We didn't rent a scooter but they are available. Has everything I need --- A/C, free wi-fi, refrigerator, very comfortable bed, close enough to the beach and nice restaurants (about 5-15 minute walk), but in a quiet area away from the craziness of the main streets. The staff is not professional - this is a small family owned place --- but they try hard and will do what they can to take care of you. Have stayed there on multiple occasions and look forward to going back.

  A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  i stayed only for one night but the layout of the rooms and the bathrooms were reallly good - nice hotel nice staff and nice room close to the beach

  The hotel was very much to our liking. The staff was wonderfull andfriendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home and at ease.We even went back at the end of our vacation to stay for another 3 days.So in all we stayed and aprreciated their hospitallity for 5 days. Thankyou and if we ever go to Kata Beach again we'll be back at the Beach... what people say » Boutique House. - Staff was extremely kind, the room was very clean and well decorated. The hotel has an excellent pool and no noise could be heard from our room. The hotel's restaurant makes excelent and fresh seafood, as well as fantastic exotic drinks. We had a very pleasant stay.
