Value for money, Nice pools to enjoy, away from crazy Patong yet within shuttle distance for a good shopping session. Awesome views and friendly staff. Great resort with 3 pools and sea views. Good food for breakfast and specially if you have dinner at the restaurant. I think its a great place to stay. The pool is very nice, t he view are absoluteley gorgeous.very good impresion!.

The location could be a problem if you stay for many days. We were there just 2 nights and was ok. The resort is in a quiet area which is great to relax but you need to take the hotel's free shuttle to go to Kamala Beach (5 min) or Patong Beach (20 min). Its a little bit far away from the village but they have a shuttle to Kamala beach which we didn't really liked but its ok. However was disappointed,as it was not on the beach.Though there was a continous shuttle running between the resort n beach. The hotel restaurant is over price. Nothing major we can think of. The Manager was insisting on additonal pay for child below 12 years which was showing as free in the letsbookhotel.com offer. The bell staff were very rude, meddlesome and need tips all the time. The reception clerk can not understand neither talk English well. The free shuttle bus to patong beach needs to be reserved a day before which was different than the other hotels their like Indochine Resort and the time was also inconvenient. Bar prices a bit high. Check-in process was slow, rooms are not ready when we check-in at 7pm, some lighting is not functioning so we hv to change to another room. Food average. Beds, room smells, massage to expensive. Not clean and Chinese guests spit everywhere. cleanliness was not super. There is nothing near the hotel u need some mode of transport to go out and get something. They should extend the spa timing which is 730 as all tourist location is far from this place so need full day to explore around hence they would make good business if spa timing is extended as we wntd to use the spa facility after a long day but unfortunately it was close. old villa, not too clean and poor service.

Important information to guests

The free shuttle service to Kamala Beach departs 4 times a day from the hotel at 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 17:00 hrs. The free shuttle service to Patong Beach departs 3 times a day from the hotel at 11:30, 17:30 and 21:30. All guests staying in hotel guest rooms must be registered with the hotel. Non-registered guests will be asked to leave their ID cards or identification papers at the reception desk. In case of staying overnight non-registered fee will be applied. For bookings made from 19 June 2017 onwards, a compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rates of 31 December 2017. The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra bed and children in existing beds will be charged separately).
