The Service was Excellent, it was my girlfriends birthday and I did not know where to get a cake and surprise her and I talk to the staff and they assured me that they will have a cake delivered to my room with no charge. My girl was so surprised and it was a chocolate moose cake. It cant get better than that. The hotel was close to everything, the breakfast was good, the room was fantastic. I really enjoyed the stay and I will go again soon. 5 Stars all the way.
all reviews » The staff was very friendly and very attentive...they made us feel pampered. The room was very nice & clean with a stunning direct view of the ocean. Hotel is medium size that it's quite intimate yet have enough space for different activities. The restaurant, lounge, and beach club are on a very nice location with gorgeous unobstructed view!. The view was amazing, the restaurants, the bars, the service and attention of the staff, they were very nice and helpful always. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We had a room with an ocean view which we totally recommend. Pool area also very nice. We recommend this hotel without a doubt. The staff could all communicate in English, the room was very nice, awesome seaview with jacuzzi, very good breakfast. Really nice location with beautiful sea views, walki g distance from Kamala beach. Like that they have no kids policy but was shocked to see some China nationals with kids in the morning while having breakfast. Hope they keep their policy because we just want some peace and quiet. Best for us is washroom , bathroom was seperated, so we do not waste time to wait the other person to use it firstly. Near to Kamala beach, more quiet and beautiful than patong beach. Wind was so strong in June that it blew my slippers away from the balcony. The easy relaxed atmosphere. Even though it was a reasonably large complex you didn't notice the other guests. Facility may be closed to 5 star, but the service is just 2 star. 1. the swipe card became invalid a couple of times. I needed to go a long way (it is far!) back to the reception to reactive it. 2. there was one night, the power were off twice and I was woken up because it is too hot. 3. they forgot to give me the internet password. I called them and they tried to tell me over the phone, which did not work out in the end and asked me to go a long way to the reception to collect. It doesn't have a beautiful beach really close ( comparing it with other beaches in Thailand), but you can always arrange daily trips to other islands which are worth seeing or just relax in the hotel. N/A. The room I was staying 6303. The bathroom has this urine smell and you can see lots of fruit flies on the bathroom ceiling and the pillows need to replace. Smell of sweat. Basically, the whole place need to touch up a bit. Can see some of the walls are cracking. Noisy air conditioner& slow wifi. Hotel name does not show very clearly, so difficult to find it. No taxi nearby, all of them is irregal, so very expensive. Quite expensive compared to the town of Kamala so drinks etc not great value. Staff sometimes a little stand offish and more interested in form completion than helping. Needs to have regular complimentary shuttle to beach staff at breakfast unable to cope with high volumes of guests, lacking a good restaurant manager. Front desk staff slow to respond to requests lifts were out of order for 2 days. A bit out of place - Will require personal transport.Beach wasn't too great. I ate too much of the great breakfast!. Nothing. Just a bit long to get the invoice at the end. Too many ants. there was no medical facility and the doctor on call charged us for 5500 THB for just giving us pills for diarrhea...that was totall loot... The shower cabinet didn't smell good all the time. I wasn't encouraged as well to go to the hotel's club by the beach as it wasn't demonstrated to my on arrival. Shower area emit mouldy n urine smell . Nd to have a good wash. The pillows in both room 6303, 6304 need to be changed. Smell of perspiration . We used the bath robe to cover the pillows so as to trap the strong stink. The phone nd to be clean too . The mouth piece smell too. The bed linen feels too season and don't have the crisp clean feel. Seems like there is no change of bedlinens after the last guest check out .. The rooms are extremely noisy and it is not getting better with all the Chinese noisy groups. There is no service at all and considering we paid 4000hk$ per night for a regular room it is not acceptable. Limited space for shuttle service. Only one bus per day to patong. Sewage smell in the bathroom. Ants and mosquitoes in our rooms. Definitely it is not a 5 star. I did not like the transportation special taxi in this town. location service breakfast and price quality ratios.

Please note that from April 2016 on wards, children over 2 years old are accepted at Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas. However the property would like to inform you that there are no children facilities and may not be suitable for smaller children. Children must be supervised at all times. For bookings made from 7 December 2017 onwards, a compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rates of 31 December 2017.
