  Haad Yao beach was by far the best beach I visited on Koh Phangan, and the High Life Bungalows had an amazing view of it perched on top of the rocks at the south of the beach. The hotel has a great atmosphere and you can feel life flowing throughout this place. The hotel's on a cliff, the views are incredible. There is a short passage down the stairs to one of the greatest beaches on Koh Phangan - Haad Yao, which is very convenient.   Staff are friendly and super helpful! My friend and I stayed here for just one night before the Full Moon Party and the hotel offer a taxi service (350Baht return pp) to get there. Took about 20 mins and they always have someone waiting for anyone wanting to return (I though this was a great idea so you dont have to wait around if your wanting to ... what people say » leave) The hotel is located right next to the beach so ideal for relaxing. plenty of restaurants and bars on the beach - The surrounding area was fabulous, perfect for couples as you literally did not have to move from the resort with a supermarket,beach,restaurants and bars. Staff were brilliantly helpful and they picked us up from the pier for 120bht per person. Would definitely stay again, it was clean and romantic, but if your wanting to venture off around the island definitely rent a motorbike !

  I had so much fun and a wonderful experience in see through hotel, i realy like staying in their resto which is near the beach so relaxing and the food is great i can say that thy have the good food in the entire koh phangan..i try so mny resto but the food is not as good as theirs...the staff were so nice and friendly all of them were very accomo... what people say » dating....i realy love our room also whch is just beside the pool...i wnt to go bck there again and again - Absolutely amazing place!!   After a few days I had a brand new group of very good friends. Beautiful Resort, a very friendly, fun staff and great food without being very expensive. I would go back to Thailand just because I know Id have such a great place to stay. Even if only to hang out with the staff and the people who cycle in and out. - This resort is amazing.
