I liked the villa itself we had after changing the villa for ocean view (which we have booked, but was changed by stuff when we came for standard villa). It is a quiete place but a bit far away from the beach. The villa has got aircondition and also fan. Nice and clean room with great balcony and hammock (its perfect for relaxation). The villas and the whole resort are really lovely! The bed in my villas was like it was out of a fairy tale. The staff were really friendly and my villa was cleaned every day with fresh towels and new toilet paper. The pool was really nice to swim in and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The nature near de bongalous. The staff is very friendly and the pool is great. Villas are pretty, beds comfortable and good aircondition, tasty food. Big swimming pool, large clean room, close to beach. Haad Yao is a great beach and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around without being too commercial. The pool was pretty good too. The bed was comfy and the balcony was nice. Great to have a fridge. Pool was ok for kids. Place. Quiete far from the beach. Not soo friendly staff. They have changed the villa for worse than was booked and we have to ask for change. Not so varied breakfasts. the staff is not very friendly, helpfull or welcoming you but its fair enough. Far away of the center. Cleaning service not to good, I had to ask for it some days and also give them details instructions. The internet is poorly functioning, now and then not working at all. "Ocean view" means catching a glimpse of the ocean through massive vegetation. Bathroom has no roof, no warm water. Our mosquito net was quite dirty in patches and had holes in, there was scale on the shower fittings and there were several roosters living in the resort that would crow early in the morning. Quite expensive to get to the pier and to Haad Rin beach when we went to the full moon party. Broken shower head not fixed? Murky pool, no towel rails, unfriendly staff, generally run down. Emailed twice before arriving for the free pickup but they never replied or turned up. Had to buy a taxi. Not worth the money go to see through or similar had Yao villa for same cost but much better service, breakfast and state of repair. Stuff.
