The hotel is small and boutique but has everything you need. the pool is smaller than other hotels but its fine for cooling off and a quick swim. There are not too many rooms in the hotel so there are never many people at the pool and there are always chairs and loungers available. the hotel itself is very quiet and the surroundings are quiet. the rooms are perfect, roomy, air conditioned, most have a balcony onto the pool. The rooms and toilets are done in an old style, I think it must be an o.

Definitly loved it! The hotel it self has a vintage charm. Staffs were probably one the nicest we've never met. My mom had a little accident so they arranged us to the hospital, and they didnt even take the tip. We really appreciate the help! WIll definitly come back!!. We were specially positively surprised by the restaurant. Recommend everybody to have dinner there. And the breakfast very good too. Really good bread in Thailand! This is not a big issue but the hotel is away from the main markets and night life. It does mean it is a lot quiter at night and it is only 2 dollars in a tuk-tuk to the night market so its not really a negative point. (if you do get a Tuk-tuk, get a red pick-up truck as they are cheaper than the smaller 3 wheeled versions). Can't find any faults with the hotel. Nothing:). Nothing negative to say. It is a bit removed from the main attractions of Chiang Mai, but not so far as to be a real detractor. A good way from the river and night bazaar. The air condition sounds a little noisy at night. You need to walk 10 mionutes to reach the center of Chang Mai. Nothing. Nothing it was all good. It's on the outskirt of town, so you couldn't really get anywhere without the taxi or Tuk-Tuk.
