I loved almost everything in this hotel, which is maybe one of the nicest I've ever been to ! Everything in this hotel is refined and I wish I spent more than 3 nights there! The hotel itself is beautiful and all the decorations in or outside of the rooms were tasteful & classy. Our deluxe room (#10) was spacious w a superb bed and classic antique Thai furniture. Had I have the choice, I would have certainly grab a room on the first floor, which must have more light and no noise coming from.

The pool is just so relaxing and just what I would chose for colours to contrast the bricks and greenery. Could have easily taken up resdence in the library. Loved the, I think peanut butter flavoured biscuits which comes with a morning or afternoon coffee. Just a lovely feeling crossing the carpark courtyard, just know yo. My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel. Our room was large, comfortable and very pretty. The layout of the hotel with open air courtyards and the overall design was gorgeous. The breakfast buffet and menu options were all fantastic and we loved the courtyard feel of the restaurant. The customer service was all fantastic as well! We highly recommend Rachamankha to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Great design of everywhere in the hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Nice and helpful staffs. No kettle in the room but gave us a large pot of hot water when we asked. Breakfast provides many choices and are delicous. Location is good, within walking distance to the Wat Phra Singh. Price is reasonable for such a good experience. I loved the understated elegance of this hotel. Very calm and tranquil. Beautiful artwork too (the piece behind the bar is stunning). The lobby is lovely as is the pool. The hotel restaurant is also very good, my husband is still raving about the pad thai. One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. It is definitely an ultra luxury boutique inn with superior service and cuisine, gorgeous grounds and pool. My rating 10 + out of 10. just a truly beautiful place with pure elegance and no glitter -- the outdoor eating space must be the most architecturally successful place we have ever eaten no push whatsoever. We love the elegant design of this hotel, breakfast is also remarkable. Swimming pool and library make our staying here more casual. Will definitely recommend to our friends. There was only one very minor thing that we thought we should mention- the hotel is located near a temple that is home to dogs and roosters and they make noise at night that you can hear in some of the rooms, especially if you are a light sleeper. We turned on a white noise app on one of our phones and then it was no problem. We only mention this because its an easy enough fix to bring some ear plugs or turn on some music or an app to cover the sound if that might be an issue for you. Nothing. The rooms are a little small (we stayed in the deluxe double), but for the price I can't complain. Also, it would have been nice if a concierge was available in the evening. Leaving; grew very attached to this inspired place. would not have minded a fitness senter. Nothing to dislike. the room is not big enough. Having to leave. The only detractor to our entire stay was the shower in the room. Not terrible, but a little lacking from luxury hotel standards. Only thing that was annoying was the staff kept trying to clear away our plates and table while we were still eating (at breakfast) over attentive in this case. no complainof any kind. A total no-no for disabled folk, very small bathrooms,rooms have some annoying features. The location is a little bit far from most of the night activities in Chiang Mai. Took an age to get one G&T. There were no good local thai restaurants near by - you need to catch a tuk tuk or cab. lack of fitness senter. Having to leave!. Nothing. nothing. Hard to be understood by staff in english!. Sale person and arrogrant staffs. While the hotel was aesthetically luxurious it was more basic than expected in terms of comfort and facilities for a 5 star hotel.
