  There is nothing we disliked in this hotel. The concept is somewhat different from other hotels, there is for example no lobby or recreational activities by the hotel itself. However, the concept takes into account that the location is in the middle of Chaweng Beach where you can easily find whatever you look for.   Kandaburi is the perfect resort! The staff are lovely and very helpful. The grounds are well maintained, with beautiful Gardens and luxurious clean pools.   Great facilities for the price, excellent value for money if you're traveling on a budget. Great location for a family/beach trip - hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the best sands in Samui. It's a ten minute bike ride away from Chaweng's main drag though, which is not ideal if you're in Chaweng to party, but it is if you're there for the beach.   Beautiful rooms with really good standard. Relatively soft beds for Thailand. Nice poolareas and great breakast. Service was great at all times. The beach was quiet and nice but no white sand. Ohly 10 min by car from Chaweng and it is easy to get a taxi or tuktuk just by the resort. - We enjoyed the fact that it was out of the town centre, theref... what people say » ore not as busy and noisy.
