The hotel facilities were very good considering the price per night. The staff was friendly and patiently answering to our queries on how and where to reach. Good location, around 15 min walk to the Khao san road. Good accomodation for low price. You get every day new bottleof fresh water. Breakfast is included in the room price. It is quite good with fresh fruits (banana,pineapple,papaya,dragon fruit...) and also Pad Thai already in the morning. Breakfast time is from 6:30 AM, so you can eat before going to trips and tours around Bangkok. I recommend this hotel because you get a lot for a good price.
Room was basic but clean and everything in good working order. Quiet location considering it's few minutes from Khao San Rd. Modern shower, AC and mini fridge in the room. Plus 2 bottles of water per day. Good breakfast - fresh fruit or cooked breakfast included. Staff were so helpful with advice for getting around in expensively.
Staff made this place, very welcoming and helpful. We arrived at 7am and they let us check in (normal check in is 1pm) breakfast was good. Off the beaten track so a lot quieter, but within 15 minutes walk to the busier Khason Road. The services they offer are great to, laundry (Same day) airport bus, very quick, tours.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Good size room, very clean with good shower and air con. Had balcony which was good for drying clothes. Tv had movie channel. Breakfast was very good. You could book transport and tours through them and know you were not being ripped off. Good wifi and small buisness centre.
The location was great, near enough to Khaosan Road, but set in little streets with a few bars and lots of street food and eating places nearby. Rooms were great, large, airy and very clean. Fresh towels daily and bottled water supplied free every day in fridge. Great price incuded breakfast, which was lovely.

Stayed in a double room on 5th floor, clean and basic, had aircon and balcony and ensuite. Breakfast was excellent. Location near enough to restaurants and streetfood but fairly quiet at night. Felt safe all the time. Each floor has diff WiFi box so good signal throughout hotel.

it is very close to khao san, 10mins walk. we prefered to stay out of the busiest part especially as we visited bangkok during songkran festival. staff was helpful and nice, room was spotlessly clean and they have wifi in the entire facility which was very convenient.

Breakfast was great, rooms were clean with sufficient suitcase storage
space, and staff was exceptionally helpful, writing out how we can get
to our sightseeing spots on our own, by public transit, as well as in

15 min walking from Phra Arthit taxi boats station to visit the city from the Chao Phraya river for 15 Bahts (orange line).
Breakfast is delicious. Workers are nice and willing to help us with any problems. There are some nice and cheap massage stores just located in the same alley with the hotel.
The hotel is near a set of sights of Bangkok. Friendly personnel, tasty breakfasts, conditioner and refrigerator. Nearby there are a lot of small cafes and shops.

Cheap. the main condition was that the hotel was clean, and yes it was. It was not noisy neither. They cleaned the rooms daily which was quite appreciated.

There was no lift, which meant I had to carry my 30 kg luggage through staircase. They should have also put a hand washing soap.
Can be little difficult to get taxi to drop you back to the hotel or to get one to come collect you from there. From my experience on two occasions the taxi driver and tuk tuk driver didn't know where the street was and because they speak little English it helps to have Thai directions to the hotel on you whenever you go out.

Light in rooms not much good for reading. Too dim.
THe immediate area around it is a bit glum and tired looking but Khao San Road í still kicking!.
No lift could be a problem for some, however there is a small lift for luggage so only have to drag yourself up the stairs. No curtains could be a problem depending time of year. But these are minor points and no big problems at all.
The matrass was pretty hard.
Bed was a little stiff, but you barely notice it after walking around all day.
In our rooms a/c wind on our bed, so I get sick :( Poor that they
put it like this. Second we have problems with a/c which generaly
was "Damage" or what because has problems with cooling, stuff
can't help us and still said that "everything is ok", in
our opinion it wasn'T.
No elevator! only small lift for luggage, if you have room on 4-5 floor it becames important :).

We have been in this hotel for 11 nights.
- There were no curtains in our room. Although it seems like a minor detail, the sun comes up very early in Bangkok!!! At 6:30 a.m.
-The Ladyboy on recepcion was impolite, bordering and rude.
- Although there is a roof terrace it's not really set up so that the guest can comfortably spend time up there.
- You have to pay a deposit of 500 THB for the key.
Not really great information regarding activities do do, particularly something different from the expensive/rip-off tours on boat.
