1. Very clean with nice facilities (shower, etc. were pretty new and well-appointed). 2. Staff very friendly- able to set us up with drivers and tours as needed. Manager even bought us Thai dessert from a local motorbike salesman when we were at breakfast, wanting to share some local fare! 3. Breakfast was quite good. 4. Pools were very clean. 5. Short walk to Bangtao beach (less than 5 mins) and many restaurants, massage parlors, convenience store. Fish spa also nearby! 6. Very quiet.
all reviews » We were able to relax amid the tranquil atmosphere of the beautifully landscaped garden and pools. It is only a short walk to the beach and along the way we found the best traditional massage and most delicious Thai menu in all of Bang Tao area. The hospitality of Manee and her friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable. The golden sand beach of Bang Tao offers a nightlife at the many star resorts that are far enough away not to disturb the serenity of Pai Tan Villas. When we arrive a very nice house owner laddies met us.The staff were very nice and helpfull. The gave us the best romantic room with a heart shape made from a roses with a rose in the middle. Very luxures bathroom. There were a pool just 3 meters from the privet villa. The position if the villa ia 5 min walking from the beach. The beach is very nice and quiet and romsntic. we very pleAsed. The apartment was spacious and had a very luxurious and modern interior and feeling. Pool just in front of the house. Very nice garden and poolside area. Friendly and helpfull owner and staff. Close to the beach and restaurant area, but still in a quiet corner. Also close to the local residents so you can also get a taste of local live of you want. Large rooms, largest bathrooms I've ever seen, very friendly staff, simple, but tasty breakfast. The villas are located a bit far from the Ban Tao beach. About 10 minute walk, which during the hot noon can feel like too long. But other than that everything is perfect. Like, for example, the pool is literally two steps away from the door. The service by the hotel staff (mainly by Manee) was great and due to it's limited rooms, it was relatively quiet and comfortable. The villa was clean and the bathroom for the huge. There was a pool outside our room (2 in total) and even though we did not use it, it looked clean and properly maintained. We liked everything, The room was wonderful, clean the staff were wonderful especially Milee the manager and our wonderful waitress Jane what a delight they could not do enough for you. Thank you for a special holiday. Sin will take you anywhere for a very reasonable price. Our stay here was very nice for our intended R&R break. Manee was very helpful and friendly. The small number of villas set around the two pools made it feel personal and private. Walk to the beach is easy with many small shops and restaurants close by. This is the perfect place close to the calm part of Bang Tao beach. It s not directly on the beach but you can get there with a short walk. The breakfast was amazing, you order from a menu and they serve it to you! The owner is a cutest woman ever!. Great service and very welcoming for the kids. It was quiet and away from the hustle, so we could relax. The pool right next to the suite was fantastic to cool off and refresh after being at the beach or out for the day. This was a lovely place to stay, we wanted somewhere a bit quieter and a bit more luxureous for our last few days and this was perfect. Quiet location but near to beach and enough selection of bars and restaurants for a couple of days. We spent more time on Surin beach (1.5 km away) than Bang Tao beach (a couple of minutes walk). The villas were very spacious, maybe a better sitting area would have been nice in the room, and lovely big bathroom. Very nice staff. The room is nice. 1. Water heater didn't always work (but with the heat outside we were not bothered by this). there was nothing we didn't like. Some snakes in the room were out if date. Appartments are a bit close together so privacy is not so good. In low season with high tide in the morning the closeby beach parts is still under water. Then you need to take a taxi to central laguna beach or northerly Layan beach (between 200 and 400 b oneway) which are adviseable to visit. 10 minute walk away from the beach, so have some sunblocking lotion. The only complaint that we had was the mosquitos : tons of them! Bring your anti-mosquito spray or be prepared to spend your time attempting to smack them or be bitten. I cant think of a single thing that we did not like. Ants in the room, no bar, little choice for breakfast. nothing. Wi-Fi not always strong. There is nothing we could complain about. The only negative thing we have to mention that the Hotel is relatively far away to patong beach, for example. Unfortunately, it was raining the whole time when er were there. So there were not a lot of things to do...... At least not in October. Not a good place for privacy.Rooms besides swimming pool are suitable for families that are familiar with each other. Nothing at all. there was nothing to dislike. ASHTRAYS every where....too much smoking allowed. Need NO SMOKING rooms and designated smoking area. Located not the beach.Nowhere to hang wet swimming gear.Need seating in the room. No restaurant facilities on site however plenty of options at couple minutes walking distance. The room was nice but the ouner from the beginning try to pool some treek with the room and don't anderstent wat we want.she try to give as the room not the same we ordered.in the end she give as the room we ordered,but its all ready destroy the beginning.in breakfast if you choose caple of dings you don't get nothing.not. Bakon and no sosage.the longery don't come back clean and not all. If you want taxi don't order from the owner she take a lot of money.
