  The hotel is the best way to enjoy Ko Tao. The room is independant, which gives you privacy, with a great view to the beach. In the lobby theres a good restaurant that allows to have your meal without having to go elsewhere. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. Mind that the hotel has a free taxi that can pick you up at the port. - Sea view... what people say » was amazing and the restaurant was great. If you like walk and appreciate grasshoppers, bees, mosquitos, spiders, ants, cicadas, and others...we will appreciate this place. It was too much for us. We decide to stay only 1night. The view front the beach on the bungalow and on the bathroom (yes you take the shower naked in front the sea) was the only think we can remember in this place.

  We really enjoy our time in tanote villa. Its a great olace!!! The staff in the frontdesk were so kindly! Its far from downtown but you have 2daily free transfers from the hotel, at 8.30 am and 1.30pm, so good to take them if u want to visit the center of ko tao. We stayed in a new room, so if you are going now, you will enjoy a totally new space!... what people say » Swimming pol with jacuzzi inside, amazing! I'd recommend u to go, even more if ko tao is the end of your trip. Location is perfect for going to auw l - Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, bright and airy with air conditioning, TV and safety deposit box. The restaurant was good and fairly priced. The pool area is great and the view from the infinity pool is amazing. Free transfers to and from the ferry piers.

Having read the reveiws it was no surprise that the hotel is on a steep slope. We booked a standard room which was a bit on the small side but clean and comfortable, if larger room required book deluxe or sea view. We ate in the restauran - Excellent snorkelling just off the beach. Sea view and hut was brilliant and spacious. Pool area and design of hotel was amazing lots of areas to relax in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the San Francisco golf buggy ride.

  The hotel was absolutely great! Perfect location, right on a beautiful beach and a 2minute walk to all of the restaraunts and bars. The hotel is right next to a beach bar that has beach parties at night and I guess it may be a little noisy if you are staying nearer to the beach end of the hotel but we couldn't hear it at all from our room. We are a group of young travellers and this was pretty luxur - My wife and I had an amazing time. We stayed in one of the newer condos next to the dive shop. Although it gets a little loud late at night, it wasnt anything that ever kept us up. The pool was great and the Dive shop was even better. Very experienced crew of divers, friendly and exactly what my wife and I were looking for in taking our open water coarse to become PADI certified. My wife would say we stayed in the best resort on the island... but we never made it to the other side

  The area with the restaurant and the swimming pool, right on the sea, was simply amazing !! You must see the sunset from there! Our room was also very nice with an amazing sea view. The staff was always smiling (and that's not so common in Koh Tao.....). We didn't like so much the atmosphere in the island but this resort was absolutely perfect!   Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The hotel is not on a beach per se, but you can walk there in like 5 minutes. As it's located in the heart of Sairee it is within walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants. Very impressed with our masseuses - The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!

  when I booked this resort I pictured where it was as we have been to koh tao before, but we were pleasantly surprised. koh tao royal has its restaurant on a very beautiful piece of beach, with lots of shade trees with great snorkeling and swimming. the staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome, the bungalows are behind the restaurant... what people say » up the hill overlooking a lovely tropical garden, each bungalow has a nice verandah with hammock and the rooms are set out very well. the rooms are o - The resort is located exactly by the sea in the beautiful unspoilt nature although it is not far from the centre. No motorbike or cars' noise only birds and the sound of the sea. The service and the staff was perfect they do everything in favour of the guests. I will definitely go back in the future. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

  Had an absolutely great. Chin was brilliant. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The breakfast was simple, but had everything you need to start the day.
