Glur has far exceeded my expectations even after reading great
rewievs. Amazing setting, laid back, very clean, great hosts, comfy
beds, great design, great great great. It's a 20 min walk from the
beach but every other place thats closer to beach is on the main busy
road full of shops, restaurants, and traffic noise. This is like the
secret hidden paradise spot, so close to everything this town has to
offer yet so removed from all the touristy nonsense. And I cant
believe they dont charge more

staff were very friendly, but had almost no knowledge of english. we only stayed on Phantaree for one night, and if you don't have a car... you should probably not stay for more than one night.

Rit and On are two genuinely nice people who are willing to go out of there way to accommodate and make your stay with them as hassle free as possible. They want you to be happy cause if your happy they're happy. We stayed in the "no luxury" bungalow with a fan and no hot water but we were still very comfortable.
