  The two girls who run the front are very nice. Though only one speaks a little english they try to be helpful and if you know a little thai it goes a long way. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the room spacious. It is very basic. A wardrobe, table, sitting stool, and the ubiquitous all-in-one bathroom. They have a little garden ar... what people say » ea with a bench swing. Reasonably quiet neighborhood. - Clean & comfortable rooms, simply and tastefully decorated. Quiet location away from the bar area but walking distance to city attractions and the Night Bazar (20 minutes). Staff are friendly and respect guests' privacy. Cleaning is on request: my room was cleaned within one hour on each occasion. Food market and convenience stores within 5 minutes walk. Will stay again when back in Chiang Mai.
