We took the one-bedroom apartment. The room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette-cum-living room was also spacious and facilities good - fridge, microwave and kettle plus stove. Would have preferred additional utensils though but above all, a wonderful hotel -

Very quiet location but only a quick ride to the city or a walk to a large shopping centre. Staff and management amazing. Everyone was friendly and helped us with places to go and things to see. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Gina and her staff were very friendly and so helpful, offering so much information on the city at check in and helping with any other queries. They offer free tea/ coffee and bread throughout the day and we found it great value for money - would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all travellers. Chiang Mai city is not big so its easily accessible to bars and restaurants and all sights.

Room 206 was beautiful and a taste of the old Thailand teak and carvings decor. A welcome respite after a day of physical effort walking , touring and experiencing Chaing Mai.
Cool room with all amenities and private. Charming padlocked door of old Siam style. Proximity to the restaurants, bars , markets, wats and nightlife made the old city location ideal.
A little confusion at breakfast mainly due to some staff not converscent with English but
willing to please and rectify .

The room was really spacious and very cosy. It was so cosy that we didn't feel like leaving the room at times.
The staff were very friendly. On check out day, the bellhop, Neng, was so sweet to help us look for a tuk tuk when he learnt that we were checking out at 2pm. To top that, the manager of the Front Desk offered us a free tansfer to the airport. Such actions showed their care for the guests. Kudos to their excellent services!
