  We heard about this hotel from friends. They talked nicely of it so we went there, but not well enough as they DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations. Excellent position as it is near to everything. She was really very ill and they "cuddled" her. Th - Great room - very cosy and warm with attractive furniture and the feel of staying in a friend's house, rather than an anonymous hotel room; a lovely place in which to relax. I slept so well in the large, comfy bed, and loved the cosy window seat overlooking the street below. Cute little shower room with Molton Brown goodies! Very friendly and helpful staff, and an absolutely fantastic location right next to the main Zurich train station. Will definitely book again and will recommend to others.

  Everything was well organized at the hotel and the hotel staff were polite and extremely helpful. Excellent selection of foods at buffet breakfast, perfectly located, clean and very comfortable room, clean throughout the hotel, room was quiet when windows were closed (we were there late October so weather is not hot), definately recommend this hote... what people say » l and will gladly stay there again. - The staff were very friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, the location was terrific (smack in the middle of the main street in th old town), and the breakfast was very nice with the option of courtyard seating. There was always fresh fruit available at the front desk and they even had umbrellas for guests to borrow (which came in handy).

  I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Being an early riser it was a pleasure to be able to have real coffee first thing in the morning. Also fantastic location. - the hotel is very comfortable in a central location wlth all the facilities needed.

  Everything! It is a fab little hotel, I would highly reccommend it. Especially the junior suite. It is perfect for romantic breaks! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.   The staff (in particular Thomas) was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the services were top notch. Food quality in the restaurant was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! - Very nice room with style!

  The welcome was perfect, we arrived by car and parked as close to the hotel as possible - after checking in at reception I was escorted to the underground parking garage and took my car down in a lift to the secure parking area. We stayed in a good sized executive room which had free WiFi and had been recently refurbished, and there was a massive ... what people say » king sized bed that was very comfortable and a fridge and a nice flat screen tv with lots of channels. We asked for extra pillows and got them immedia - The rooms in the Alexander had been done to a very good standard for a small hotel. The breakfast room was small but very clean, the food was lovely with lots of selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for a the major sites of the city and was right in the heart of a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. It was also only a ten minute walk from the station and transportation links. Overall i would definitely recommend this hote

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities. Use of the high-speed internet computer and satellite TV (included in the price), is a unique feature. Situated perfectly (7 mins on tram to the Hauptbahnhof (sp?) main station) and within 200 metres of a supermarket. Kitchenette was perfect for cooking breakfast/lunch so as to avoid very expensive meals out too often. Bathroom spotless with very good shower and fantastic, new whirlpool bath which fit two people no problem.

  Perfect location if you do business in Oerlikon. A small kitchen had everything needed for cooking a meal in the evening. Price per night is very budget friendly - Close to Swissotel where I had an event to attend. Reasonable price, room with furnished kitchen and fridge - very helpful. 15 minutes drive from airport.

  Everything is perfect !! Great location. Good parking place. We got the very spacious room facing the hotel's courtyard, which is very nice. - The room was large and provided the needed extra room for a third person. The free breakfast was delicious.
