The ZicZac Rock Hotel is a 7-minute walk from the Main Train Station in Zurich, in the heart of the entertainment area in Niederdorf. It offers 24-hour reception.
The rooms are decorated individually and they are named after famous rock stars. All rooms have satellite TV and private or shared bathrooms.

The Zic - Zac Rock - Garden serves various drinks and American dishes in a casual ambience. Breakfast is available up to 17:00. Every day there is a different DJ to entertain you.

Excellent rooms, comfortable and big and even I would say luxarious. Huge bed and excellent minibar. Full of crazy, girl students making party whole night. The 60's Rock and Roll style that I like.Very friendly and helpful staff, late hours and general atmosphere. all reviews
Extremly good location. I liked the location of the hotel in Zurich. It's in the heart of theZurich where nightlife boils in the streets. The shared toilet was to be used amongst many rooms, and one of the toilet was not properly maintained (i.e. toilet window was not fixed). Rooms are rather run down. The bed was too soft for comfort, of which caused a disturbed sleep.This is not a hotel. This is a hostel with rooms rather than dorms.Don't expect much, it is very basic. There were about 16 rooms on thefloor I was staying on and we shared one shower (that had little privacyfrom other buildings), one toilet, and one shower/toilet. Stunk of smoke and was not what I consider a 2 star hotel, more like a hostel.
