The staff was very helpful. This is a new hotel and was opened on Aug 11, 2013. I stayed there from Sept 2-4. While there were a few items that needed attention I was very impressed. While not close to the center, Bus 31, only about 300m from the hotel, provided very convenient access to the center. Again, the staff is very friendly and even asked me if I had any recommendations. Note, while staff is not present 24/24 they assured me that I would be able to contact someone at anytime. I highly.
all reviews I would say this was one of the best hotel in this budget. Staff was very professional. Rooms were very clean. Interior was very modern. Great color combination. Excellent lighting through out. If i knew it from before flag zurich will give me such a unique experience I would have planned a longer stay. Bravo Flag Zurich keep it up. The staff is very nice and courteous.i reached 5 hours before the check in time and giving a notice of my arrival,the guys made the room available in a very short time. The reception girl is very courteous particularly and is helpful Connected properly by bus,trams and trains this is a value for money. Friendly staff and modern facilities and rooms, very spacy with kitchenette and Nespresso coffee. Parking in building with elevator to flors makes it perfectly convenient. I liked the cozy and warm room, the absolute absence of noise, the intimate design. The room had an interesting entertainment system with two embedded TV screens, one for TV and one for internet access. Surprisingly good Facislities for a 2 star hotel. The cleaniness and most of the needs are available. 1.40 bed with two friends are not ok. size of the room good wifi. Only the structure is New which attracts. I stayed for 24 hours :). the are no curtains in the room so that people frpm the street can see me!. Parking was a bit expensive(CHF 25.- per night), but I guess that's the case in every city... bed not as big, but still comfortable. The location of the hotel was not correct on Google Maps. People should be warned that the reception closes at 4 pm. So, you should check in before 4 pm, otherwise you cannot stay. Parking Area Problem Poor Breakfast Check-in process takes too long. Arriving to check in at a kiosk with no one around was quirky. It worked fine but probably more warning required. No remarks. The hotel is not convenient for family with child as its more for busiess as I have asked for baby cot and hotel was not able to provide. The bed is too small for two person, and no air conditioning in the room makes it stuffy. It will be air conditioning is available to regulate the air in the room. Incheck you will be informed of xtra money for citytax and breakfeast!!!. no ventilation system in the room, TL lighting in the rooms (feels like office), far out from city centre, very expensive. The Hotel insisted upon paying full amount prior checking .During entire stay the Hotel room was not even cleaned Once,We stayed 3 nights there.The staff was very curt and dry. The heating did not work in the room which was on top floor. This was despite reminders to rectify the heating and to at least clean the room.
