Everything! We loved our stay at Hotel Silvana and wish we would have stayed longer. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel staff and food was wonderful. -

We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. Location is great!

It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. The hotel is a great find and deal in pricey Zermatt. Even though the rooms were sort of "petit" (not a negative for a couple) the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff was extremely helpful and nice in every way. The view of the Matterhorn from the terrace was a nice bonus! Would definitely recommend to couples
