  Everthing including the rooms and the view were perfect. Breakfast was the best we had during our trip. Very good shuttle service to and from the train station. Staff was very helpful and informative. - I liked the overall style, service, facilities and location

Все хорошее, что я прочел в отзывах, полностью подтвердилось: и чудное месторасположение, и прекрасный, необычный модерновый дизайн, и предупредительный персонал, уборка номеров два раза в день - просто идеальная чистота и т.д. Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   Hotel Aristella was definitely more than what we expected!I called the Hotel from Train Station and the shuttle was there within no time.Location is central yet at a quiet and peaceful place.Its a family run hotel and the owner Mr.Bernard and Mrs.Katja Bernard were very friendly,accomodative and helpful.Their guidance about how to buy chocolates w... what people say » as very useful for us.Room was neat & clean with all the necessary amenities.Breakfast was delicious having wide variety of choices.We`ll definat - This was very exceptional experience, i felt like a family member visiting , not as a guest, the owners were always there , greeting and ready to help so were the staff , very kind and helpful.
