Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents.
