  A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with transportation and restaurants. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen.   We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived.   zeer attent vriendelijk personeel. hoewel gedateerd hotel toch erg schoon - Ontvangst was vriendelijk, onze gereserveerde kamer was door de vorige gasten in een dermate vuile staat achtergelaten dat men ons er NIET in kon plaatsen !We kregen een kamer in de nok van het hotem maar.... met uitzicht op de Matterhorn ! ruim (was voor 4 personen )
