As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn!   The interior design done with great taste and creating very warm and cosy ambience. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are kept clean. They accept dogs. The pool area and the spa is cosy and very comfortable.
