As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn! Lorraine and Eric - Toronto, Onta - We were upgraded on arrival to have a beautiful suite and a fruit basket. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. The pool area and the spa is cosy and very comfortable.
