  Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  The hotel is not very modern furnished in general, but have modern bathrooms and a large and delicious SPA area. All parts of the hotel seems well maintained and everything is clean.   The hotel is really nice. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the hotel staff, the location, the breakfast, etc. I strongly recommend this hotel and I'd stay there again. - Very friendly staff, I could feel as being in classy hotel but stil with a family touch! It was my wife's birthday and the staff made every effort to make it perfect.

Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time. I was treated like a king the entire stay and felt sad to leave. Everything was better than my highest expectations.   The view at the terrace and bed of suit room is outstanding. We can see Matterhorn always during stay. Amazing Matterhorn view is worth to pay more. The Staff Members are all kind and Food is very good. Spa and Sauna quality is high. Also we can meet Primin Zubriggen, Ski hero of Switzerland and Owner of this hotel. Great view of the Matterhorn and excellent location if you ski (50m from the main lifts). Need to walk 10-15 min to Zermatt village. Nice small indoor pool & outdoor jacuzzi. Overall, great stay :))
