Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   Fabulous stay. Wonderful service, clean and stylish facilities, state of the art spa with sauna, steam, pool, jacuzzi, and ice room. Staying here is like being a in a wonderful fantasy. I was treated like a king the entire stay and felt sad to leave. Everything was better than my highest expectations. We really enjoyed out stay there, including the setup of the room the spa facilities and a delicious breakfast.   The view at the terrace and bed of suit room is outstanding. We can see Matterhorn always during stay. Amazing Matterhorn view is worth to pay more. The Staff Members are all kind and Food is very good. Spa and Sauna quality is high. Also we can meet Primin Zubriggen, Ski hero of Switzerland and Owner of this hotel. Great view of the Matterhorn and excellent location if you ski (50m from the main lifts). Need to walk 10-15 min to Zermatt village. Nice small indoor pool & outdoor jacuzzi. Overall, great stay :))
