Absolutely everything. Our hosts were charming and helpful and nothing was too much of a problem. The accommodation was clean, beautiful views from the second storey of the chalet and well worth the money. -

Faultless. Attentive staff and perfect service. The attention to detail and level of service never faltered when they were busy and when things got quiet mid week.
We stayed in a peaceful room with a view to the rear wooded hillside and it was great. Clean and well serviced by discreet and polite staff. The breakfast and 5 course evening meal were just fantastic; plenty of everything and top quality produce and tastes.

Great hotel in an excellent location with great views. The walk to the hotel is a little long, so if your not up to the walk they also have a hotel valet or a taxi to take you to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, nice size bathroom with good tub/shower, and wash clothes which most European hotels do not have. The lounge in the hotel lobby had nice, comfortable furnishings, and was a great place to unwind with a drink before or after dinner. The breakfast included with the room price

You get off the little train at a request stop and walk a mountain path for about 10 minutes to the chalet. It's traditional old style and the view has onto the Jungfrau has to be seen to be believed. Beautiful! Would go back tomorrow! -
