  Half board was value for money with 4/5 course dinners. breakfast was simple but nice with amazing views of the matterhorn from the restaurant. staff were warm and friendly and available when needed with good tips for things to do.   Really friendly manager/hostess, very helpful. Offered us refreshments on our arrival after a long journey to get to Sass Grund. Definately recommend to anyone looking for hotel in the area of Zermatt. - Very friendly owner and staff, good restaurant, easy carpark in front of hotel

  The view from the room was gorgeous - with snow capped mountains and a lake in front. The room is very clean. Staff was helpful. - I loved everything. I would go back every year.
