  A perfect Location, very calm and still not more then 5 minutes from the center, All was great the Hotel, the Staff, the Pool and welness facility, we will go back for sure.... Only Hotel Sonne in Zermatt - Excellent service, nice rooms, very generous spa area- everything was just perfect.

  Great view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Picked us up and returned us to the train station. Great breakfast, and welcome drink around the fireplace. Free internet hot spot. - The views,the owners were very friendly and helpful,clean,well organised and a delight to experience.

  Everthing including the rooms and the view were perfect. Breakfast was the best we had during our trip. Very good shuttle service to and from the train station. Staff was very helpful and informative. - I liked the overall style, service, facilities and location

  A wonderful and historic establishment in a perfect location. Superb breakfast: excellent in every respect. Hazelnut baguettes were delicious. Very attentive management and the new spa is really nice. Relaxed atmosphere - we could use the spa as much as we wanted after checking out, for example. Free travel on all buses and funiculars/ telesieges... what people say » in the valley for the whole time you stay (but NOT to Vissoie when you leave). - One of our best hotel-experiences! You felt welcome even with a child which is not always the case! Smiling helpful personel, good food and perfect spa! Only ashame that we can't afford going more often! Best regards, Ulrika Björkman

  We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. Location is great!... what people say » Wine bar is really good. Really worth a visit - A first class hotel with excellent facilities - should be a 5-star!

  Everything! We loved our stay at Hotel Silvana and wish we would have stayed longer. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel staff and food was wonderful. - Beautiful location, conveniant for walking & skiing. Very friendly and accommodating owners/staff. Nice dining resteraunt and bright seperate breakfast room.

  Hotel Aristella was definitely more than what we expected!I called the Hotel from Train Station and the shuttle was there within no time.Location is central yet at a quiet and peaceful place.Its a family run hotel and the owner Mr.Bernard and Mrs.Katja Bernard were very friendly,accomodative and helpful.Their guidance about how to buy chocolates w... what people say » as very useful for us.Room was neat & clean with all the necessary amenities.Breakfast was delicious having wide variety of choices.We`ll definat - This was very exceptional experience, i felt like a family member visiting , not as a guest, the owners were always there , greeting and ready to help so were the staff , very kind and helpful.
