It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Charming town, excellent staff who were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety and was well replenished. Internet strength was good throughout hotel. Free daily transport to the slopes. Highly recommend this hotel to others. Thanks for the memories. -

1. When we asked for suggestions about hiking plan as we arrived, the counter(maybe the hostess) gave us very useful information, to adjust our schedule, and let us have very excellent experience in Zermatt.
2. I really love their restaurant! When I get up, with a very nice breakfast in a cozy and clean place, made me a great start of every day when I stayed there (My room is also clean and cozy J).

Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.

Very good meals - we took half board which is a good thing to do in Switzerland. Service by staff excellent. A very nice stay and would go back. - Holidays start at arrival in the hotel with a welcome drink.
