  Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

Spacious room with a couzy sofa and an armchair, huge balcony for a five o'clock tea; nicely designed bathroom with a window. Slippers/bath gown. Swmming pool, sauna, solarium - all very nice.

The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. - Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.

  The hotel is really nice. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the hotel staff, the location, the breakfast, etc. I strongly recommend this hotel and I'd stay there again. - Very friendly staff, I could feel as being in classy hotel but stil with a family touch! It was my wife's birthday and the staff made every effort to make it perfect.
