  The location is very close to the train station was great for me on an interrail ticket. I needed an early start before breakfast was served and was told I could get something from the kitchen if I liked! I was also offered a cup of coffee as I was going out the door at 6am. Very friendly staff. - Staff very kind. Food good and excellent break... what people say » fast.

  The main advantage is the location - right by the beautiful Vogorno lake. Eating breakfast or dinner on the terrace overlooking the lake was wonderful. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant is good and serves great pizzas in decent prices. The rooms are clean and basic. And the hotel is very close to the Verzasca valley main ... what people say » attractions, as well as to Ascona and Locarno. - Fantastic location with a sublime drive to it. Parking on site. Lake view rooms really are just that with panoramic views Overlooking the lake. We ate in the restaurant downstairs which was popular with Italians from far and wide and we tasted why -25/30 euros per head for a starter, main and wine all freshly prepared. Staff were friendly and all in all for the price a great place.

  The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and provide an excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant provides an excellent and well-prepared selection for those who like fish or vegetarian menus as well as meat dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - They had high chair and the staff was very kind. Very close to the train station but with the windows closed no problem of noise. Air conditionned! Good breakfast.   The hotel was within easy walking distance from both the centovalley express train station and the ferry station. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of the lake and ferry terminal. - The stuff there is really great and helpful. Great location.

  Very clean and welcoming. Just 10 minutes walk to lake and center. Very nice restaurant. Car park nearby so I can leave the car safely and for free during my stay. - Ketty and Tommy were both very friendly and keen to help in any way to make our stay enjoyable. We had stayed at the hotel before and would recommend it.
