  Staff were friendly and efficient. Emjoyed the harpist at breakfast and pianist in the bar. Information was good. location excellent. The complimentary public transport ticket was great too. even the weather was great. - every thing very nice

  The hotel is suprbly locted , and modern concept of reception and loungeall all in one area.also I like the room stile, however, I wished ifbreakfast was included in the room price. - Loved it! The hotel and the room were gorgeous!

  Good comfortable bed with top quality linen. Spacious bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent with really good coffee. The Grand Cafe Real bistrot does really good quality food. - Fantastic room with balcony overlooking Lake Geneva. Staff brilliant. Very comfortable.

  Everything, the hotel staff we fabulous the view of the lake was spectacular the bed was massive and comfortable and we really liked the little touch of the chocolates on the pillow. - They upgraded us to an apartment / flat with a nice view of the lake :-) The rooms were very large, and very clean.
