We arrived at the IBIS font desk to be greeted by the best receptionist (could have been manager) we have had in all of Swizterland. Friendly professional and extremely courteous. If I owned a hotel I'd be head hunting that lady. The rest was very good too. Rooms and service by all staff very high. -
