  We spent to nights at the hotel while in Lucern and had a brillianttime. Staff was very caring, room (the cheapest one) was on the 5thfloor with nice view over the city. Location is perfect - we could goeverywhere on foot. I really recommand this place to anyone who likemodern architecture! - the staff treatment and the strange furniture

  We were upgraded from a room to a whole apartment with three bedrooms, kitchen ,dining and balcony and a view to die for. The hotel was practically empty so they gave us the upgrade for the same price. It was fantastic since the first day was rainy and we stayed in the room. We walked every where from the hotel.   The staff was very friendly .. I call them before I arrived by 2 hours to let them know about my expected arrival time and they were waiting for me even when I was late half an hour. The taxi took 24chf to take us from the train station to the apartment. You can use bus#20 it's easy to use and only 10 min ride from the station to the apartment.
