  Luzern is a beautiful city and we enjoyed our time there. We had a good sized room and the staff were very helpful. Parking is underneath the hotel. It was a better than the average Ibis. The train station is only a 7 min walk from the hotel and it takes only 4 min to get into Luzern. The hotel is only a short drive from the Mt Pilatus cable car. ... what people say » - Very clean and comfortable. This hotel is 7 mins walk (in the direction to a car showroom, a large white tent) from Kriens Mattenhof train station, just one stop from Lucerne central station. Mount Pilatus is very near, you can reach by a bus to the funicular point of mt. Pilatus.

  We stayed here for 3 days it was really nice apartment with a beautiful panoramic view. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen utensils. A detail user guide which tells you all about the apartments and the transportation details. Fully secured system. The next morning, we were surprised by the stunning view of the city & mountain from the apartment (at 28th level). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hoped we cld stay longer!

  The scenic view from the Appartment, play area outside, a bus stand just a few meters away, a train station a few 100 meters away. Appartment was spacious for 2 persons but not more than that.   The staff was very friendly .. I call them before I arrived by 2 hours to let them know about my expected arrival time and they were waiting for me even when I was late half an hour. The taxi took 24chf to take us from the train station to the apartment. You can use bus#20 it's easy to use and only 10 min ride from the station to the apartment. Also, there is a guide book for the apartment that describe everything. - Spacious for a family of 5. Stephanie from hit rental was waiting for us and oriented us. She was very helpful. Economical and child friendly with a small play area outside, TV with english channels and free wireless internet. Kitchenette was small but functional. Stephanie was helpful. Good location outside the town with nice views and close to bus station and a grocery store
