  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you.   I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Being an early riser it was a pleasure to be able to have real coffee first thing in the morning. Also fantastic location. - the hotel is very comfortable in a central location wlth all the facilities needed.

  efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent.   Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently excellent. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

  What a great hotel! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, with nice decor. We had a wonderful view down the river, and overlooking wonderful Zurich.
