We spent to nights at the hotel while in Lucern and had a brillianttime. Staff was very caring, room (the cheapest one) was on the 5thfloor with nice view over the city. Location is perfect - we could goeverywhere on foot. I really recommand this place to anyone who likemodern architecture! - the staff treatment and the strange furniture

Great coffee machine. Everything that you would need was in the appartment. Great balcony. Very friendly owner, easy to use laundry facilities. Decor was clean and fresh. Lift to the appartment which was great as I'm not very good with stairs. Reasonable price, as motels in Switzerland are very expensive.

The included breakfast each morning was nice and included a good amount of options (cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bread, va - 1. very courteous and helpful staff 2. we had booked the hotel from a date which was a day ahead of our actual check in date. Having been in transit with 2 children for over 12 hours, we were willing to pay extra charges for a day to ensure that the room was available for us to quickly settle down the moment we arrived at Luzern.
