  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.
