we were tired after being on the road for 10days in Scotland and the moment we arrived at City Chalet/Interlaken and met Matt our tiredness vanished...he made us feel comfortable and this pad is just so new and well maintained...really location is too good!

Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

never got tired of the excellent views from the balcony! The breakfast
was a short walk away but this didn't matter as it was excellent
quality. It was also really useful to have a washing machine and kitchen
facilities so we saved a lot of money there.

Location was prfect, only 10 minutes from interlaken train station on feet.
Staff us so friendly, its a family business do the environment is so friendly and good.
You will be given a free tickets to mostbof the public spas and mini gulfs and swimming pools beside the train tht can take you anywhere around the town and that covers all the period you'll spend with them.
Very clean, free wi/fi.
They will suggest to you where to go and help you to plan your trip with a big smile beside

great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..
